White Sulphur Springs Resident Pleads Guilty

On 11/15/2011, Brandi Manger of White Sulphur Springs pled guilty to Criminal Distribution of Dangerous Drugs.

Manger was accused of selling prescription narcotics to a confidential informant on or about February 2, 2011.

According to Montana Code Annotated 45-9-101(2) - A person convicted of Criminal Distribution of Dangerous Drugs shall be imprisoned in the state prison for a term of no less than 2 years or more than life and may be fined not more than $50,000.

A sentencing date has not been set.
