In this month the Sheriff’s Office received five hundred sixty eight (568) incoming calls, thirty two (32) of the incoming calls were 9-1-1 calls, and three hundred eight (308) people coming into the office. For a total of nine hundred eight (908) people who contacted the Sheriff’s Office. Out of these contacts, ninety three (93) were new complaints.

For the month of November 2013, forty nine (49) complaints were located in the City of White Sulphur Springs, and fifty four (54) were in the County of Meagher.

(5) Five tickets were issued in the City and two
(2) two in the County.
(0) Zero warrants of arrest were served in the City
(0) Zero in the County.

CITY COMPLAINTS:
11-02-2013 POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND DANGEROUS DRUGS: Local motel called to report finding a lot of marijuana in one of the rooms. Deputies responded and citations were issued to the occupant of the room.

11-03-2013 THEFT OF LABOR OR SERVICES: Local bar/restaurant called to report a group of people had left without paying for food and drink.

11-06-2013 THEFT OF BELONGINGS FROM MOTOR VEHICLES: Individual came into the Office to report his gun was possibly stolen.

11-08-2013 SICK CARED FOR: Local hospital called requesting the ambulance for a patient transfer to Great Falls. Dispatch assembled a crew and the transfer was completed.

11-08-2013 SICK CARED FOR: Deputy and Ambulance responded to local residence for a female with uncontrolled vomiting. Patient was transported to local hospital and later taken to St. Peters in Helena.

11-09-2013 SICK CARED FOR: Local hospital called requesting the ambulance for a patient transfer to Great Falls. Dispatch assembled a crew and the transfer was completed.

11-09-2013 DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Local convenience store called to report an issue with a customer.

11-10-2013 SICK CARED FOR: Local hospital called requesting the ambulance for a patient transfer to Great Falls. Dispatch assembled a crew and the transfer was completed.

11-11-2013 FIXED OBJECT-TRAFFIC PROPERTY: Individual called to report Springs Manor had been struck by a vehicle.

11-12-2013 SICK CARED FOR: Local resident called requesting the ambulance to her residence. Deputy and ambulance responded, patient was transported to local hospital

11-13-2013 FIXED OBJECT-TRAFFIC PROPERTY: Sheriff was contacted regarding an incident which took place at a local hotel in August. Incident was opened to start an investigation into the matter.

11-13-2013 SICK CARED FOR: Local hospital called requesting the ambulance for a patient transfer to Helena. Dispatch assembled a crew and the transfer was completed.

11-15-2013 SICK CARED FOR: Individual called requesting the ambulance as she was having difficulty breathing. Deputy and Ambulance responded, patient was transported to local hospital.

11-17-2013 SICK CARED FOR: Deputy responded to residence where individual had punched her hand through a window. Once scene was cleared Ambulance responded and transported individual to the hospital.

11-17-2013 THEFT, ALL OTHERS: Individual reported to deputy the theft of tractor tire chains from his residence in town-incident is under investigation.

11-22-2013 SICK CARED FOR: Local hospital called requesting the ambulance for a patient transfer to Great Falls. Dispatch assembled a crew and the transfer was completed.

11-23-2013 SICK CARED FOR/DUI DETERMINED LEVEL OF INTOXICATION: Individual came into the Office complaining of chest pain. Deputy and Ambulance responded-patient was transported to local hospital and later wrote a citation for DUI.

11-29-2013 SICK CARED FOR: Deputy and Ambulance responded to individual who had fallen off a roof onto cement. Patient was transported to local hospital and later flown by Mercy flight to Great Falls.

11-30-2013 PARTNER OR FAMILY MEMBER ASSAULT: Deputies responded to local residence for domestic disturbance. Individual was arrested on PFMA 2nd Offense.

COUNTY COMPLAINTS:

11-01-2013 LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY ASSIST: Local ranch called to report an individual had shot a deer in the barrow ditch. Dispatch was unable to locate Fish and Game so Deputy responded and citations were issued.

11-01-2013 LOST CHILD: Individual called to report they were missing a child from a school field trip up Grasshopper Campground. Deputy responded and the child was located.

11-01-2013 RADD: Dispatch received report of a possible impaired driver. Deputy responded and located the vehicle-deputy determined driver was not intoxicated and no citations were issued.

11-03-2013 POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND DANGEROUS DRUGS: MHP called for deputy to assist with a vehicle search. MHP pulled individual over for speeding, while on the traffic stop officer discovered drugs. Citations were issued and the individual was able to post bond.

11-04-2013 TRESPASS, CRIMINAL TO PROPERTY: Individual called to report someone possibly spot lighting and trespassing. Deputy responded and gathered information on individuals-information was given to local game warden.

11-05-2013 LOST HUNTER: Search and Rescue responded to the Spur Park area for report of two lost hunters. Search and Rescue was able to locate the hunters and brought them back to their hunting camp.

11-06-2013 OVERTUNED IN ROAD-TRAFFIC PROPERTY: Individual called to report a truck was overtuned on US 89 South MP 42. Deputy, MHP and Ambulance responded. No individuals were transported (signed refusals) and MHP investigated the accident.

11-08-2013 THEFT, ALL OTHERS: Individual came into the Office to report the theft of several items from his property on Studhorse. Deputy was notified and the incident is under investigation.

11-08-2013 CARELESS DRIVING-TRAFFIC CRIME: Individuals called with complaints against a state snow plow driver. Deputy was notified and is investigating the incident.

11-18-2013 LOST HUNTERS: Lewistown dispatch called stating they had received a report of four overdue hunters that were possibly in our county. Search and Rescue responded and located the missing hunters just inside Judith Basin County-Search and Rescue assisted them in getting their stuck vehicle out of the mountains.

11-13-2013 THEFT, ALL OTHER: Individual called to report the theft of logs that were cut for a cabin. Officer was advised of the incident.

11-14-2013 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Individual called to report one of his pickups had been shot up. Deputy responded and the incident is under investigation.

11-16-2013 OVERTURNED IN ROAD-TRAFFIC PROPERTY: Individual called to report a one vehicle roll over accident. Deputy and Ambulance responded-driver was not injured and MHP investigated the accident.

11-17-2013 AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: Incident reported to Sheriff and is currently under investigation.

11-17-2013 SICK CARED FOR: Deputy and Ambulance responded to residence for an elderly male who had fallen sometime during the night and spent the night on the floor. Patient was transported to local hospital.

11-20-2013 MALE ADULT BODY FOUND: Individual called to report individual was on the floor unconscious. Deputy and Ambulance responded-Coroner arrived on scene and called the death. Dispatch contacted funeral home to notify them of the death.

11-21-2013 FEMALE ADULT BODY FOUND: Home health care nurse called to report the passing of one of her patients. Deputy/Coroner was notified and responded to the residence.

11-22-2013 MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE: Individual called to report he believed his daughter was having a panic attack. Dispatch contacted deputy to respond and contact with the daughter was made. Individual had recently quit taking medications and was quite excitable, she did not want an ambulance but stated she would go to hospital with deputy-deputy transported her for evaluation.

11-23-2013 SICK CARED FOR: Individual called requesting the ambulance as she was experiencing severe back pain. Deputy and Ambulance responded, patient was transported to local hospital.

11-26-2013 THEFT, ALL OTHERS: Individual called to report paying $500 on labor day for firewood he never received. Sheriff called individual who was supposed to deliver the wood and advised him to make the delivery.

11-27-2013 SICK CARED FOR: Deputy and Ambulance responded to residence for elderly male with flu symptoms-patient was transported to local hospital.
